Napoletano DOK from Caffè Kenon is an incomparable coffee. It combines a typically Neapolitan intensity with an aromatic profile that few other coffees can match.This blend differs once again from Kenon’s Supermax Bar, because although the 2 blends have the same percentage/ratio, slightly more delicate varieties are used for Napoletano DOK.

The beans are roasted together at 210-230°C for 16 minutes, then air-cooled. This preserves all the precious aromatic oils.Thanks to this dark roasting, this coffee contains only around 1.5% caffeine. The aromas, however, are quite different. It’s the chocolate and nutty nuances that come through strongly, and are perceptible for a very long time on the palate, but are by no means bitter. At the end, notes of dried plum and honey can be perceived.

We recommend drinking this coffee as a pure, intense espresso with a little cane sugar. Napoletano DOK is also excellent in a cappuccino and will transport you to the bars and cafés of Naples.
