Origin of Robusta beans: Ethiopia, Brazil, India, Indonesia and Uganda

The particularity of Moka Efti Vigoroso is that this 100% Robusta is composed of 5 varieties. 100% Robusta coffees often has only a single variety. These different varieties make the Virgoroso round and unique. The robustas from Ethiopia give the whole a floral note and a hint of fruity aromas. Brazilian grains offer a nutty sweetness and a creamy body. Indian beans bring a deep spice and earthy aroma. The Indonesian grains enrich the blend with their strong and pronounced taste and a note of chocolate. The Ugandan grains bring a pleasant note of dark chocolate.

Thanks to the Robusta beans, the crema is all the more thick. If you sprinkle sugar afterwards, it sits on it and waits patiently for it to be stirred. Enjoy Moka Efti Virgorso in espresso or cappuccino.
