Ingredients: Papaya (papayas and sugar), mango (mangoes and sugar), hibiscus, orange peel, organic lemon peel, orange blossoms, natural lemon flavor with other natural flavors, and natural and artificial orange and mango flavors.

Brew tea at 212 – steep for 5 minutes.

Caribbean Splash Smoothie

1 cup water1 heaping tsp. Caribbean Splash herbal tisane1 large banana, cut into quarters1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt1 kiwi, peeled & quartered3 frozen strawberries

Boil 1 cup water and pour over Caribbean Splash. Steep for 5 minutes. Strain out the herbs and chill the “tea”.

Pour the brewed tea into a blender. Add the fruit and yogurt and blend until smooth.
