Oolong (wulong) are semi-oxidized teas classified between green and black tea. Se Chung Oolong tea, from the Fujian Province in China, is lightly oxidized resulting in a mild, yet flavorful, taste. This roasted tea brews to a golden amber cup with a lightly toasted taste and a slightly sweet finish.

Brew tea at 190 – steep for 4 minutes. Try multiple infusions (let the tea steep for approximately 15 seconds longer on each subsequent infusion).
