Not too far in the past, a hybrid variety was developed called “Sidra”. It was cultivated using both of the original coffee varieties, Typica and Red Bourbon. Out of this hybrid comes an incredible amount of sweetness and crisp acidity that has become synonymous with rare complex flavor profiles.
