Creme de la Berry Green Tea – WS

Description

Delicate and delectable – you’ll fall in love with this green tea blend! We’ve combined a Chinese green tea with strawberry fruit pieces, organic cacao nibs, and a fragrant fresh strawberry flavoring, to create a blend that is refreshing and aromatic. The tea brews to a distinctive ecru cup with a light strawberry cream taste and just a hint of chocolate.

Ingredients: Green tea, organic cacao nibs, natural and artificial flavor, and strawberries.

Brew tea at 180 – steep for 2-3 minutes.

Crmede la Berry Tea Chocolate Sorbet

Ingredients:

1 cup sugar cup cocoa powder tsp vanilla extract tsp salt2 cups water3 Tbsp Crme de la Berry green tea

Directions:Combine the sugar, cocoa, vanilla extract, salt and water in a medium saucepan over medium- low heat. Heat until the sugar is dissolved and the temperature reaches no more than 185. Add the tea, cover and remove from the heat. Steep for 5 minutes.

Strain the tea leaves and pour into an 8×8 glass pan. Cool to room temperature, then place in the freezer. Stir every couple of hours to get a smooth consistency.
