We’ll cover safe harvesting techniques, avoiding chemical contamination, and identifying individual plants. Stay safe with our guidance on woody vs. herbaceous plants, deciduous vs. evergreen, simple vs. compound leaves, and toxicity. Join us for hands-on experience with a variety of plants like Plantain, Cattail, Nettles, and more.
The registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to class start date.
