Each cup is made in Jingdezhen, the city recognized for over a millennium as the heart of Chinese porcelain artistry. Named the Porcelain Capital during the Song dynasty, Jingdezhen became the official production site for imperial ceramics and remains world-renowned for its craftsmanship.

What sets this piece apart is the refined porcelain its made from. Sourced from local kaolin clay, the cup is thin-walled yet strong, with a naturally luminous surface. When held to the light, it reveals a soft, even translucencya sign of both excellent material and high-temperature firing.
