Revolution’s Steam Thermometer with a 5″ probe is the perfect tool for beginner baristas to get the hang of frothing milk to the correct temperature. Easy to read with a wide, clean display and NSF approved, the thermometer clips onto the side of your pitcher for secure use while frothing.

On the display, a calibration zone is indicated for resetting and recalibrating the thermometer while additional zones in green and red indicate ideal frothing temperature and extra hot milk temperature. The thermometer has a range of 0-220° F.
