Our signature Spice Dust is made from upcycled spices used in our brewing process, transformed into a light, fragrant powder for finishing your DONA lattes. It’s a small step toward reducing wasteand a beautiful one.

After brewing, what we cant reuse is sent to McEnroe Organic Farm in Upstate New York for compostingdiverting over 400 gallons of food scraps from landfills every week. Less waste = a healthier supply cycle.

How to Create Our Signature Lunar Latte:

1. Mix equal parts DONA concentrate and milk in a steam pitcher.
2. Steam to desired texture and temperature.
3. Pour into your favorite cup.
4. Place a to-go lid (slightly larger than the cup) halfway over the latte surface.
5. Using a fine mesh sieve, dust DONA Spice Dust over the exposed side.
6. Remove lid and servea crescent moon of spice floating on top.
